Assorted Mini Pastries

An assortment of mini pastries for a realty company here in Las Vegas.  Setting on a custom design ice carving with their Logo Cakes On The Move was commissioned to created individual pieces of mini pastries. We took it a step further by adding sugar snowflakes to light blue cupcakes.  The display plates we used were clear so everyone could enjoy the beauty of the ice carving.  Custom made and created by Cakes On The Move.  Icing carving is something we love to play with creating unusual edible piece.  We did not create the ice carving.
